Some good ideas as always! You are so organized it almost scares me. Because of your example, I've started making a bi-weekly dinner menu plan (if that means 14 days, I'm never sure). But it is flexible -- we never know when we'll want to eat out or just not be in the mood for a realdinner (sometimes we eat a good lunch kind of late and just want yogurt or cottage cheese at bedtime, for instance). But the planning really does help with the shopping and stress level (thinking about what to eat is often the hardest part of cooking for me). So again, thanks for the inspiration!!
Interesting menu for May. I'm more of a "seat of the pans" person myself.
