     Sunday -- Slow Cooker Chicken
     Monday -- Baked Fish, Carrots/Thyme, Cabbage
     Tuesday -- Chicken tenders, GMP, GB
     Wednesday -- Beef & Bok Choy
     Thursday -- Leftovers
      Friday -- Out

Hello, Florence. Your goals sound good to me. The menu is great, I have never tried stuffed wieners. Water, fruit and exercise seem right on. Happy Friday, enjoy your weekend!

Hi, Eileen! Stuffed Wieners is my convenient way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. Granted, it will not win any nutrition awards but it is tasty, quick, and uses up leftovers. Happy Friday to you too!
