So true. Have you read (or read about) that popular book where the lady advocates getting rid of everything that doesn't bring you joy? I told this to my husband and he walked straight over to the file cabinet and took out the file that said "Taxes" ;>)!! (I think you do have to keep some things that don't make you turn cartwheels.) But I get what she is saying (and what your meditation says even more elegantly.)

Yes, I have read Marie Kondo's book. I liked it but I'm not quite so extreme. I like things uncluttered and orderly so I can easily find things.
