Forgot to say anything about your awful weather in your newer post above. Where we lived in western/coastal Oregon , it was pretty much the same when there was the rare ice or even much snow.... nobody is that used to it, nobody knows how to drive in it really, and there isn't much in the way of road equipment. School would be cancelled on days when people in the Northeast (or even in the Eastern part of Oregon) would laugh at.
