I can't think beyond a few days..
I so admire your organizational skills and always appreciate the reminders of good stuff to eat. I write down five or six dinner menus every 10 days or so before I grocery shop ... and the rest of the time it's leftovers, pantry staples, buying whatever looks good at the farmer's markets, or eating out.
