Learning Home Canning

Home canning is not totally new to me but it has been a very long time. Of course, my first stop was at the library to check out 4 books on home canning--good reading for this weekend. I found a complete home canning set of water bath, tongs, jars & lids at Lehman's for $59.00 plus shipping. My plan is to buy at the Farmer's Market because I don't think I'll have enough from the garden to can. We shall see.
