Thank you for the reminder to plan and for the menu ideas as well. And also for your answer to my question about Schwanns, which I just read. I will go to their site. I am pretty sure I've seen their truck here in Ft Myers. It could be really handy for those days when plans fail . (As you know, I can't plan as far ahead or as detailed as you do, I just try to do a week at a time.)
