You are obviously a great cook: organized, serving up well planned and inspiring meals. What recipe do you use for the beef stroganoff? We get very good local grass fed beef in Hawaii, and I'm always looking for ways to prepare it.

Hattie, I use the Slow Cooker to make the stroganoff. I'll post the recipe this evening. It's an old stand-by which I've used for a decade or more.
