So pretty ...Did I ever I tell you about our stay in Mission when we were RVing? We were there in April, almost the only people n a beautiful fancy RV park next to a butterfly / bird park. Saw lots of butterflies and birds, our first green jay (and only sighting ). We bought mangos on street corners for ten cents! Heaven! Most Snowbirds go home too early ... That month there was wonderful! We were checking the area out to see about staying there the next winter, but ended up going somewhere else.

Oooo! These are wonderful shots! The colors are great and I'm very jealous of the dragonfly photo :)

Eileen, Thank you very much. I hope you too have a Happy New Year!

Sallie, Mission is becoming one of my very favorite places to go birding; there are at least 4 excellent birding areas within an easy drive. And of course, the butterflies!! I'm so glad you had an opportunity to see Mission in April at its best!

Betty, getting a good photo of a dragonfly is mostly an accident for me!!
