That is so true Florence -- you always choose quotes that I wish I knew how to use on my blog. I want to thank you for the cous-cous salad recipe you posted a while back; I saved it to my recipe box and made it today -- it was SO good! (I am too full and too lazy to scroll back to that post, where I should put this thank you note -- apologies!).
