What a great idea to plan your menu for the whole of February. I really need to get more organized. There are a lot of things on here I would really enjoy.
I see you go out to dine once a week. That's great. Gives the cook and the dishwasher a much needed break.
That soup, I always love soup, the chicken noodle in a slow cooker...it sounds delicious.

Yes, Anni, I love my nights out. I will post how I make Chicken Noodle soup in the Slow Cooker. The trick is not to add the noodles to the pot. Cook them separately and put them in the individual bowls and ladle the soup over them. Ouila, no mushy noodles.
