Weight Watchers Wednesday

This week I lost 1.4 lb. for a total of 4.8 lb. Last night I used the WW cookbook to make Feta & sun-dried tomato stuffed baked chicken breasts.  A most delicious 4 points.

Sounds yummy. Good for you. I've got to lost 10 pounds of winter fat. Now that spring has finally sprung.

I wish I only had 10 pounds to lose!! I need to lose a total of 40 lb. ACk!!
